Minimum Kilometers per Day
- • Per Day Calculation: A calendar day is considered from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
- • Minimum 300 km per day will be charged.
Example 1: If you book for 1 day, a minimum of 300 km will be charged.
Example 2: If you book for 2 days, a minimum of 600 km will be charged. The 600 km can be used cumulatively within 2 days. If the total usage is less than 600 km, the minimum 600 km will still be charged.
Driver Charges
Separate charges apply for the driver, including a daily allowance (Bata) from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, and an additional allowance for night driving if the vehicle is used after 10:00 pm or before 6:00 am. The driver allowance varies depending on the type of vehicle.
Parking & Toll Charges
Parking fees and highway tolls are not included in the base price and will be added as required.
Interstate Taxes
Even though the vehicles have an All India Permit, you will need to pay interstate taxes when crossing from Karnataka into states like Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Goa, Telangana, or Pondicherry, and these are charged as per the rules of each state.
One Way Drop
If you book a one-way trip, you will still be billed for the distance both ways, but sometimes discounts may be available.
